Terms of Use

These terms cover the Dairah landing page, waitlist and optional research. Dairah is still being built, and the product previews show planned capabilities.

Joining the waitlist

Provide accurate details and a contact method you control. Join on behalf of a business only if you are authorized to do so. The waitlist is intended for adults aged 18 or over. There is no creator follower minimum.

Joining records your interest and consent to early-access and onboarding updates. It does not create a paid campaign agreement, guarantee admission or promise a launch date. You can withdraw from the waitlist by contacting us.

Pre-launch service

Joining the waitlist involves no payment. Marketplace accounts and paid collaborations are not yet available. Any future pricing will be explained before it applies.

Product previews

Names, campaigns, payment states, ratings and metrics within labeled previews are illustrative. They are not real customers, campaign results or promises that the depicted features are live. Current functionality is limited to the public waitlist, optional research and sharing experience.

Payments and trust features

The waitlist does not accept campaign money or collect payment, identity or banking details. Protected payments, verification, disputes, reviews and marketplace moderation are planned. Any paid workflow will depend on an appropriate regulated payment provider and separate reviewed terms. Dairah is not represented as a bank or licensed escrow institution.

Responsible use

Do not submit another person’s contact details without authority, impersonate users, send unlawful or harmful material, scrape private information or attempt to bypass protections. We may disregard abusive or misleading submissions and restrict access where needed to protect the service.

Research and privacy

Research is voluntary and does not affect your saved waitlist place. Avoid sharing confidential campaign material, identity documents or financial credentials. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.

Availability and changes

Dairah is a pre-launch service. The site may change or experience interruptions. We aim to keep signup reliable and will correct issues we identify. Future marketplace contracts, provider arrangements, content rights and commercial terms require separate review before those features are available.
